摘要: The viscosity of thermoplastics above T g was found to greatly affect the room temperature electrical properties conducting thermoplastic composites made by compression molding a powder mixture, while mechanical are essentially not affected. resistivity decreased and electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness increased with increasing viscosity, as shown using (i) same filler, namely nickel particles, in polyimidesiloxane polyether sulfone, (ii) filler matrix at different composite temperatures. This effect is attributed flow low particles during fabrication tending disturb connectivity achieved prior heating
