摘要: The processes leading to anticancer drug resistance are not completely unraveled. To get insights into the underlying mechanisms, we compared colon carcinoma cells sensitive doxorubicin with their resistant counterpart. We found that growth retarded, and show staminal ultrastructural features profoundly different from cells. phenotype is accompanied by upregulation of magnesium transporter MagT1 downregulation ion channel kinase TRPM7. demonstrate amounts TRPM7 account for proliferation rate It remains be verified whether they also involved in control other "staminal" traits.
