摘要: Six Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard sites in Hawke's Bay (New Zealand), selected out of 28 observed 1996/97, were studied over three consecutive seasons order to characterise viticultural environments this region for cultivar. Indices precocity vine phenology used analyse the relationship between at and vegetative growth, productivity, fruit ripening wine sensory characteristics. Marked differences indices existed sites. These mostly correlated with growth canopy indices. There was no yield phenology. certain juice constituents measured on a common date, as well scores wines produced by microvinification from grapes harvested different dates maturity levels. Vineyard that differed also their environmental characteristics, particularly soil physical properties water balance.
