摘要: This work covers transformations to assemble oxygen–carbon (sp3)–chalcogen moieties. Various methods are included convert O,O-acetals, enols, and ethers their corresponding 1,3-chalcogen-acetals. Reactions involving rearrangements, cycloaddtions, elaboration of the chalcogen framework discussed. Methods for oxidation dicoordinate sulfur tri- tetracoordinate also included. α,β-Epoxy derivatives afforded by a variety epoxidation conditions.
