摘要: HISTORICALLY, three positions regarding the effects of perforation tympanic membrane have been held. Cooper, 1 Toynbee, 2 Treitel, 3 Bingham, 4 and, more recently Crowe and Hughson 5 believed that little loss hearing resulted from such perforations. In addition to some classic otologists, 6 Minton 7 Bekesy 8 disorders in transmission apparatus affected chiefly low tones, while they did not modify perception high tones or, at least, modified them much less degree. Lorente de No, 9 Pohlman, 10 Bordley Hardy 11 thought be as important for reception tones. This study, an attempt clarify controversy, shows perforations on cochlear potential responses ear.
