摘要: The effects of feeding Great Lakes fish or products (carp, sucker, perch scraps, whitefish racks, and alewife fishmeal) to mink were studied. Growth furring normal for all species tested. However, fed carp failed reproduce, the reproductive performance and/or kit survival in groups perch, whitefish, sucker inferior control. Only fishmeal diet supported reproduction comparable PCB residues (as Aroclor 1254) accumulated subcutaneous body fat as much 38 times dietary level, while some individual congeners up 200 times. half‐life adipose tissue was determined be 98 d. toxicity PCBs derived from greater than that observed previous studies with levels technical‐grade PCBs.
