摘要: Product quality is determined by the internal factors of artifacts generated during analysis, design and implementation stages. Assessing based on existing models not a trivial process. Several development approaches exist (i.e., structured, object-oriented, component-based, web-based) which involve different kinds susceptible being measured when estimating product's quality. Such attributes affect external expressed as characteristics subcharacteristics. This work aims to specify considering approach used develop product. For preparation this proposal, we identified several associated each define metrics their impact We analyzed principles inherent included in methods. The GQM was applied propose measurements determining its relation with ISO/IEC 9126 result model that gathers main aspects into six ISO characteristics, including 298 adapted these approaches. reviewing purposes, our new four case studies approach.
