摘要: Electrospinning is an emerging technique used for fabrication of nanofibrous mats skin tissue engineering applications. The aim this study centered on muga fibroin electrospun by using ionic liquid and its characterizations. extracted from cocoon Antheraea assama dissolved in 1-butyl, 3-methyl imidazolium acetate (BMIMAc), a green solvent, to prepare dope solution electrospinning. molecular weight, rheology structural properties are characterized. process parameters electrospinning machine such as voltage concentration varied obtain mats. mat having average fiber diameter 160nm obtained 10% w/v BMIMAc with applied 20KV. mechanical, structural, physical thermal (MNF) analyzed compare cast film. cytocompatibility test performed L929 fibroblast cells. It observed that support higher growth cells (p<0.05) compared film (MCF). Muga loaded gentamycin sulphate. release rate antimicrobial efficiency sulphate found be significantly All these results indicate would promising material engineering.
