摘要: The carbon nanotubes (CNT) show promising electrochemical characteristics particularly for energy storage. double-layer (ECDL) capacitor is a new type of with features intermediate between those battery and conventional capacitor. ECDL capacitors have been made using various types CNT activated (a-C) as electrode material. specific capacitance per surface area the electrodes depends on thickness active from 0.8 280 mF cm −2 8t o 16 Fc m −3 , respectively. Increasing mass density also helps to increase capacitance. Commercially available were tested in order study their function physical properties. a-C ranging 0.4 3.1 F an average volume 40 due larger density.
