摘要: Abstract Thin layer of ZnO with mixture spherical and rod-shaped nanoparticles (NM) was prepared as the buffer in inverted organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs). The were synthesized through sol–gel method to investigate effect on surface area layer. samples made up a 50/50 wt.% nanoparticles. thin has higher specific than that film or nanoparticles, respectively. high induced fast electron transfer OPVs. Also, sample NM rough structure due morphology mixed increased contact at interface (ZnO layer/active layer). Due these two reasons, series resistance ( R s ) device decreased. By reduction , current density J sc fill factor (FF) improved. highest power conversion efficiency (PCE) is achieved for 2.75% under 100 mW/cm 2 AM 1.5 G simulated solar emission.
