摘要: A simulation model is presented for planning the conjunctive use of irrigation water from a single multipurpose reservoir and an aquifer, allocation cropped areas within district. The considers cropping patterns, profits farmers in district, monthly aquifer operating schedules one-year horizon, hydropower generation. reproduces performance system under management policies specified by planners themselves, given certain initial conditions, hydrological economic input parameters, releases, structural characteristics. Solution to irrigation-planning obtained through computer program module developed microcomputer. capability illustrated applying it district northern Mexico. permits study alternative patterns yields schedule storages releases withdrawals as well annual profit
