摘要: Abstract Conservation agriculture is a sustainable alternative to conventional agriculture. However, little known about their effect on the environment and soil microbial community. It was established as hypothesis that bacterial community structure would be defined by different agronomic practices. The objective of this study was, therefore, investigate how crop residue management, tillage fertilizer application affected those groups involved in degradation applied plant residues, increase knowledge predict sustainability under specific practice. Samples from an arable state Sonora (Mexico), i.e. Hyposodic Vertisol (Calcaric, Chromic) ( IUSS Working Group, 2007 ), cultivated with wheat (Triticum spp.) maize Zea mays L.) succession conventionally tilled beds (CTB) incorporated, permanent (PB) burned or retained, left unfertilized fertilized (300 kg N ha −1 for 103 kg N ha maize) improved dried young plants stimulate growth, while C N mineralization were monitored aerobic incubation 56 days. organic significantly higher PB-residue retained treatments (average 13.1 g kg dry soil) compared 9.9 g kg CTB-residue incorporated 10.5 g kg soil), pH EC (averages 8.85 1.06 dS m ) 8.65 0.78 dS m 8.75 0.95 dS m ). In unimproved soil, we found significant C, (highly Nitrosovibrio tillage-residue management (principally structure, but not soil. Treatment had no decomposition material, average 48% 9.4% N, respectively, mineralized Improvement material increased mainly relative abundance Actinobacteria Firmicutes decreased wide range groups. On level genus, most important defining factor inducing differences genera Promicromonospora , Bacillus Agromyces Streptomyces Sinorhizobium Lysobacter treatments. nitrogen fertilization tillage-crop less determinant these results supported tested. concluded all factors tested, tillage, crop-residue application, affect potential preserved. This contributes our understanding use practices define structure.
