Histopathology of experimental ethambutol intoxication.

摘要: Ethambutol was administered to albino rats in their drinking water doses of 105 2,500 mg. per kilogram day for 18 102 days. Sixteen cent developed bilateral lesions consisting focal axonal swelling without demyelination, optic chiasms and the intracranial portions nerves.
