摘要: In this chapter, I explore the many ways ICT is likely to impact competitiveness, private sector development and business innovation. The discussion future-oriented, as of revolution will become most evident pervasive only in later stages diffusion, consolidation transformation. Most evidence therefore comes from OECD countries, or slowly emerging a few advanced countries.
