摘要: The X-ray diffraction investigations of the melt structure (up to 1550°C) and temperature dependence its kinematic viscosity 1650°C) under heating cooling mode as well amorphous Fe80Si6B14 Fe77Si8B15 alloys obtained by rapid quenching from various temperatures were carried out. direct indirect data confirm existence 'critical' Tcr (1420°C for 1440°C Fe77Si8B15) separating low-temperature high-temperature structural states melts. state is characterized large relaxation times at T results in increasing initial magnetic permeability strength Fe-Si-B ribbons 45–50% 25–30%, respectively.
