摘要: Given the complexity of health care and 'people' nature healthcare work delivery, STSA (Sociotechnical Systems Analysis) research is needed to address numerous quality problems observed across world. This paper describes open areas, including workload management, physical, cognitive macroergonomic issues medical devices information technologies, in transitions care, patient-centered risk management patient safety resilience, feedback loops between event detection, reporting analysis system redesign.
