摘要: Abstract The novel nonsteroidal ecdysone agonist tebufenozide is capable of controlling a wide range lepidopteran pests. However its intensive use in vegetables has raised concerns towards the safety food and environment. Here, we developed an easy reliable method to analyze cabbage soil by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). average recoveries ranged from 72.01% 101.10% with relative standard deviations (RSD) −1 0.05 µg g , respectively. According dissipation study, half-lives were 2.96 4.08 d 4.95–7.70 d soil, final residues determined below maximum residue limit (MRL) (0.5 mg kg ) after pre-harvest interval (PHI) 7 d. Moreover, major metabolites identified tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) on LTQ-Orbitrap XL, which leading first report degradation pathway cabbage. present study expected provide basic data for guidance evaluation agricultural crops
