摘要: Ezrin is a membrane-cytoskeleton linker protein and belongs to the TERM family. It has been implicated in membrane ruffling, motility, metastatic process of tumour cells. This study examined effects range cytokines on expression ezrin human colon cancer cell line, HT29. Levels were determined by Northern Western blotting indirect immunofluorescence. We report that IL-2, IL-8, IL-10 IGF-I had an inhibitory effect expression, whereas EGF IL-11 enhanced cellular levels.
