摘要: The objective of the present study was to investigate Amen's formulations subtypes AD/HD initially identified by brain imaging techniques, through use behavioral checklist data. And in testing theory six separate AD/HD, identify and differentiate based on symptom presentation. Data obtained retrospective chart reviews (N=161) children between ages 5 12 who met criteria for major symptoms observed were referred a previous comprehensive evaluation. from (CBCL DBRS-IV) matched Subtype Symptom Checklist each subject given percentage score subtype symptoms. Cluster analysis reliably found clusters labeled according their as - Combined Type, Predominately Inattentive Hyperactive-Impulsive Ad/HD Type with Obsessive-Compulsive features, Obsessive/Compulsive Conduct Disorder features Undifferentiated AD/HD. However, did not find evidence that corresponded Temporal Lobe ADD or Limbic ADD. Discriminant function variables model (symptom scores) significantly discriminated classification. Also, 76% all cases correctly classified Potential limitations sample data used interpretation discussed. Limitations warrant further investigation making multi-modal assessment tools which relate well such neuropsychological measures attention concentration, laboratory activity, continuous performance tests measuring inattention impulsivity, QEEG wave information. A approach investigating would likely provide increased reliability validity differential diagnosis, therefore, more effective treatment presenting symptomology diagnostic clinical implications' cluster discussed well.
