摘要: Abstract The objective of this paper is to explore a better curve fitting technique that can improve the power flow accuracy piecewise linear loss modelling in DC optimal (DCOPF) calculation. refinement DCOPF model carried out view market employs locational marginal pricing principle for clearing, performs multiple settlements and issues financial transmission rights. exhibits typical advantage over conventional purely linearised terms risk hedging capability Unlike available models with static parameters, proposed evaluates parameters by means some weighted error minimisation based upon binary classification line loading level. Detailed mathematical procedure developed obtain solution optimisation problem. accuracies different are suitable specified framework assessed compared. Extensive case studies performed on 118-bus, 1354-bus, 2383-bus systems justify merit technique.
