摘要: Abstract The thyroid follicular cell type is devoted to the synthesis of hormones. Several genes, whose protein products are essential for efficient hormone biosynthesis, uniquely expressed in this type. A set transcriptional regulators, unique type, has been identified as responsible specific gene expression; it comprises three transcription factors, named TTF-1, TTF-2, and Pax8, each which also types different from cells. However, combination these factors producing cells, strongly suggesting that they play an important role differentiation An overview molecular biological features presented here.
