摘要: Background : Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the fourth most prevalent in world and positioned second common United States. Patients with CRC Indonesia showed a greater proportion. In Jakarta, 47.85% of cases occur under age 45 years. The purpose this study to determine metastasis factors that influence colorectal patients. Method: This was conducted retrospectively from January 2003-December 2007 Cipto Mangunkusumo hospital. are eligible if they underwent colonoscopy, tumor biopsy, anatomical pathology, abdominal CT scan, ultrasonography, radiology procedures. Result: Of all 1,615 patients who colonoscopy procedure, 377 were diagnosed cancer. Subject met criteria consist 86 patients, where 56 (65.1%) male. Most aged 51-60 years old (26.7%), mean 47.90 ± 14.53 old. commonly located rectum sigmoid 40 (46.5%), which 18 (45%) among them had metastasized. Compared male female experienced more metastases, but not statistically significant. Among metastasized CRC, 42.3% 60 Well-differentiated produce larger number metastatic than poorly-differentiated CRC. Poorly-differentiated tend adjacent metastasis, also happened relatively young compared well-differentiated Conclusion: There significant correlation between younger group poor degree histopathologic differentiation. ones.
