摘要: The exact nature of the association between context local area and health outcomes is unknown. We investigated whether areas geographically close but divergent in terms deprivation have greater inequality than those where similar across neighbouring localities. In order to disaggregate strong correlation a target that its surrounding areas, we used principal component analysis create measure relative deprivation. Both (s=0.183, p<0.001) were positively associated with mortality (s=0.099, p<0.001), effect was shown be most pronounced more affluent segments population.
