摘要: Process of cathodic deposition nickel mainly from Ni(BF4)2 solution in DMSO has been investigated using various experimental techniques. It found that this process is complicated. The collected data indicate passivation fresh layer Ni by chemisorption molecules takes place. By basing on the rde methods values αnm = 0.4 (± 0.05) and kfh f(Ec) have estimated.
