Photoluminescence and spectral parameters of Eu3+ in sodium–aluminum–tellurite ceramics

摘要: Abstract Eu 3+ ion doped sodium–aluminum–tellurite (Eu :NAT) opaque ceramics have been synthesized by solid-state reaction. The amorphous structure of :NAT was confirmed X-ray diffraction pattern. Under the excitation violet light, 11 obvious emission bands including infrequent blue and green peaks recorded they almost cover whole visible spectral region. By using as a probe, local rare earth in NAT has investigated. Based on spectrum, Judd–Ofelt intensity parameters Ω 2 4 calculated to be 2.95 × 10 −20 0.39 × 10  cm , respectively. Low phonon energy bright fluorescence indicate that are promising candidates for illumination, display detection devices.
