摘要: Climate change has reached the apex of global agenda at a time when China faces significant development and energy security challenges. The political leadership leading intellectuals are debating direction new pathway that provides both growth to meet objectives, dramatically reduces intensity pollution. While official position not changed significantly, there four key aspects illustrate how climate is conceived by Chinese leadership. This signals may come play much more important role in mitigation than was thought only couple years ago.
