摘要: The performance, sensitivity, and corrosion protection on the QCM sensor requirement be improved to maximize value. Therefore, functional material coating was carried out. addition of polystyrene ZnPc deposited using vacuum evaporation method. This study intends morphology structure effect coating, improve performance through annealing process based impedance value at QCM. frequency measurement before after out with a variation deposition time, which is 1 minute 30 seconds, 45 second, 2 minutes, 20 4 minutes. resulted from surface are smooth, small porous, homogeneous. In addition, graph indicates low damping means does not respond viscoelasticity.
