摘要: Systems and methods are provided for computing a longitudinal change in structure of brain. The method may include receiving first image the brain, wherein is captured at time; second aligning images; generating least one displacement from location back to corresponding image; determining an optimized matching deformation between images based on energy function that incorporates spatially varying estimates likelihood tissue edge presence image, generated displacements.
