摘要: The topography of renal injury after ischemia-reflow was studied in intact rats by clamping the right artery for variable periods time and examining histologic appearance kidney large 1-mu plastic sections. As reported others, straight portion proximal tubule (S3) especially susceptible to injury. pattern focal necrosis produced S3 short (15-30-minute) longer (45-60-minute) arterial occlusion appeared related gradients oxygenation during reflow, that more extensive seen areas remote from blood vessels, while perivascular tubules were protected. A similar S1 S2 a period (45-60-minutes) ischemia, which but incomplete these convoluted segments, with protected lying within zones surrounding arcuate interlobular arteries. immediate postglomerular S1, tubular segment normally well supplied oxygen, an exception this rule. Selective limited nephron only 15-30 minutes recalling special sensitivity cells inhibition mitochondrial respiration. These results suggest different segments tubule, is determined not changes occur complete ischemia also adequacy reflow period.
