摘要: Considerable attention has been drawn in recent years to develop ultrafine semiconductor particles which exhibit excellent photocatalytic properties. Size quantization effects, nonlinear optical properties and enhanced photoredox make quantized colloidal semiconductors potentially useful the design of photoelectrochemical systems. Photochemical photophysical processes that directly influence colloids factors limit charge transfer at semiconductor/electrolyte interface are discussed here. Applications particulate systems conversion storage solar energy also described.
