摘要: Two kinds of experiments, sporulation and growth were carried out to demonstrate the effect cadmium on aquatic hyphomycetes. Oak (Quercus petraea L.) leaves exposed in a hard-water stream (Lussel, Swiss Jura) soft-water (Ibach, Black Forest) for 2 months. In laboratory, fungal water enriched with (as CdCl2) was studied. A measurable found when concentration exceeded 0.1 ppm (0.1 mg/liter). Concentrations higher than 100 inhibited conidium production completely. This toxic species dependent much soft (water low concentrations calcium magnesium) hard water. Growth experiments Alatospora acuminata Ingold, Clavariopsis aquatica De Wildeman, Flagellospora curvula Heliscus lugdunensis Saccardo Therry, Tetracladium marchalianum Wildeman showed same pattern sensitivity as that seen experiments. Mycelial less sensitive sporulation. High competing cations (e.g., zinc) or potential ligands could reduce toxicity. Calcium content seems be most important factor responsible different hyphomycetes
