摘要: Abstract The extent of intraspecific mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) diversity was investigated in isolates Phytophthora capsici , P. citricola, citrophthora, megakarya, palmivora and parasitica that represented a wide range host plants geographic origins. Phenograms were constructed following the analysis restriction fragment patterns generated by several endonucleases. six species showed different degrees mtDNA diversity. Restriction very uniform. Distinct subgroups could be distinguished megakarya citrophthora correlated with origin or plant, respectively. These did not seem to closely related each other. High also evident citricola . Although some had identical patterns, no distinct found either specific plant origin. In variation nuclear much more pronounced as compared mtDNA. both types well. Because limited comparison between two phenograms difficult.
