We can divide these organisms into the following four categories: innocent, beneficial, harmful and dangerous. Most of times, microorganisms not therefore referred to as non-pathogenic. Innocent cause no harm nor do they provide benefits. Benefi cial even a significant advantage for humans aiding digestion or preventing pathogenic to infection via colonisation resistance. By colonising respiratory and/or gastro-intestinal tract, prevent pathogenic microorganisms settle harm. Pathogens causing in certain cases, but not per definition, grouped category. However, microbes that fall into the dangerous category comprise morbidity mortality humans even those with an intact immune system.
