摘要: A die and a stationary member of resilient gas permeable composition are adapted to receive between them three-dimensional honeycomb core article. The includes an array elongated mutually parallel translating pins, each terminating at tip end arranged in matrix for longitudinal movement retracted extended positions. receiving surface facing laterally coextensive with the ends pins. engageable first article, receiveing being second housing movably mounting drive output shafts drivingly connected associated pin, transmission independent driving controllable interconnection selectively energizable controller interconnecting thereby achieve selective rotation least one pin. Each pin may be hollow have planar sides which prevents its by restraining action adjacent individually moves pins coordinated manner into engagement impart desired contour while simultaneously urging article producing substantially similar surface. Temperature controlled circuitous flow provided through member.
