摘要: Based on the positive results of unmodulated 325 MHz Ladder-RFQ from 2013 to 2016, a modulated 3.3 m is currently under construction and will be tested with beam at GSI FAIR, Darmstadt. The showed very constant voltage along axis. It could withstand more than 3 times operating power which needed in operation pulse length 200 µs. That corresponds Kilpatrick factor 3. RFQ designed accelerate protons 95 keV 3.0 MeV according design parameters p-linac FAIR. This particularly high frequency for 4-Rod type creates difficulties, are challenging developing an adequate cavity. prototype have shown, that suitable candidate frequency. Inspired by successful RF test, nominal vane-vane was increased 80 kV 96 kV. basic tendering has been successfully completed 2016. Electrodynamic simulations full structure, especially terms field-flatness tuning, shown. Furthermore, mechanical design, includes direct cooling structure duty cycles up about 5%, discussed.
