摘要: Ureaplasma urealyticum is a commensal organism of the lower genital tract females, but in subpopulation individuals, it can invade upper tract. It significant cause chorioamnionitis and neonatal morbidity mortality. There are 14 recognized serovars U. urealyticum; these be divided into two distinct clusters or biovars. Biovar 1 composed 1, 3, 6, 14, 2 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13. We previously identified surface antigen, multiple-banded (MB) which contains both serovar-specific cross-reactive epitopes. Genotypic characterization C-terminal region MB antigen serovar 3 indicates that specificity size variation reside domain. In present study, we used PCR analysis with primers derived from gene DNA sequence to determine if was remaining 13 reference as well invasive clinical isolates. The results indicated not only all genes' 5' regions were markers biovar diversity. Further this should reveal phylogenetic relationship among and, possibly, their potential.
