摘要: Abstract The gas chromatographic profiles of exhaled air from lung cancer patients have been investigated. breath healthy volunteers, smokers and non-smokers, without treatment under radio and/or chemotherapy, was collected using Tedlar bags. Different for people could be recognized by multivariate analysis significant diagnostic compounds established. Target showed to linear branched hydrocarbons between C 14 24 . Solid phase microextraction (SPME) coupled chromatography mass spectrometry GC–(TOF)-MS used. method good precision (RSD below 26%) limit detection ranged 0.04 8.0 ppb. These findings show a high potential establishment laboratorial screening methods. Validation studies in larger number are being done.
