摘要: As part of the ‘accountability movement’ in juvenile justice, policy-makers, funding agencies, and general public have called for greater accountability from agencies organizations involved with youthful offenders. Within this context, performance measurement monitoring, use evidence-based programs practices, emerged as recommended aspects justice system operations nationwide. Little is known empirically, however, about actual systems or real changes brought by contemporary reforms, theory research on implementation sustainability approaches been slow to emerge. This paper will review key modern movement then discuss a recently proposed that may be useful future examinations improvement efforts. A suggested agenda also presented.
