摘要: Interactions of potato and corn starch granules with ions in diluted solutions silver, lead, copper or iron salts were investigated. It was shown experimentally that accumulated the cations amounts depending on granule structure water content as well a type both metal counter-ions present solution. Potato retained almost three times more compared to what proportional total phosphorous these starches. Quantity milligrams bound by 1g inversely correlated cation hydration. Ag(+), Pb(2+) Cu(2+) connected stoichiometric moles semicrystalline amorphous parts granules. Fe(3+) higher than quantities mainly regions. Metal penetrated into together anions except nitrates which remained surface Cations facilitated thermal decomposition accordance values their standard redox potentials. Nitrates supported this process only presence base cations.
