摘要: A method, composition and apparatus for the hybridization separation of molecules having a desired target sequence in sample by contacting single stranded nucleic acids with detectable PNA probe complementary to so that sequence, if present, will hybridize form duplex, then separating duplex denaturing medium from unbound components electrophoresis. The invention also relates methods, compositions mixed their strands probe.
