摘要: The craftsmanship concept in vehicle interior design is explored a quantitative manner. A proprietary process by Johnson Controls, Inc. was used as basis to investigate customer perceptions through surveys. list of characteristics and perceived attributes developed analyzed using multidimensional scaling, cluster analysis, decomposition. Designers can use this guide their work anticipate satisfaction due high quality craftsmanship.
