摘要: The paper deals with the issue of overpricing public procurement in low-performing EU countries. It examines a uniquely large sample 11 Central and Eastern European Hierarchical regression is used to analyze factors that influence contract. Our results indicate institutional have greater impact on than individual decisions by contracting authority. analysis for countries provides interesting also draws attention behavior not typical better established more advanced are particularly important policy each country, as they show direction regulatory action field procurement. introduce debate appropriateness “one size fits all” regulations within EU.
