摘要: We present a technique to test the frozen flow hypothesis quantitatively, using data from wave-front sensors such as those found in adaptive optics systems. Detailed treatments of theoretical background method and error analysis are presented. Analyzing 1.5-m 3.5-m telescopes at Starfire Optical Range, we find that is an accurate description temporal development atmospheric turbulence on time scales order 1–10 ms but significant deviations behavior for longer scales.
