摘要: The aim of this chapter is to highlight the potential role integration Accounting Information System (AIS) and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) for strategic control. benefits can be expressed in terms better support knowledge conversions enhanced access embedded tacit models by applying discovery techniques model externalization. We propose a modified version PROFSET as tool realizing integration: combining elements from AIS (to calculate product profitability) KMS discover regularities purchase behaviour customer), enhance quality provided decision makers produce that cannot realized with any one system.
