摘要: This paper presents a new Fractional Differential (FD) based image deblurring approach combining with Total Variation (TV) constraint. Although TV methods are effective in restoring image, they tend to over smooth the details. As FD is very for edge detection and texture enhancement, we adopt it as an additional regularization term overcome drawback of classic methods. Simulation results show that restored images by our method have better peak signal-to-noise ratio psycho-visual performances than many other popular
