摘要: Comprehensive research of genetic variation is crucial in designing conservation strategies for endangered and threatened species. Sinowilsonia henryi Hemsi. a tertiary relic with limited geographical distribution the central western areas China. It because climate change habitat fragmentation over last thousands years. In this study, amplified fragment length polymorphism markers were utilized to estimate diversity structure among S. henryi. Nei's Shannon's information index found be 0.192 0.325 respectively, indicating moderate-to-high According analysis molecular results, 32% was shown partitioned populations, demonstrating relatively high divergence; supported by principal coordinate unweighted pair-group method arithmetic average analysis. Moreover, Mantel test showed that there no significant correlation between distances. The above results can explained effects fragmentation, history traits, gene drift. Based on several implications indicated suggestions proposed preservation
