Novel silver-doped cadmium titanate: synthesis, characterization, and its photovoltaic application

摘要: Silver doped cadmium titanate nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by via a auto-combustion sol–gel method with the aid of nitrate and tetra-n-butyl titanate, silver cetyl alcohol. The structural, morphological optical properties as obtained products characterized techniques such X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive microanalysis, scanning electron microscopy ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy. magnetic as-prepared also investigated vibrating sample magnetometer. Furthermore, to examine solar cell application as-synthesized Ag-CdTiO3 nanoparticles, FTO/TiO2/Ag-CdTiO3/Pt-FTO structure was created deposited film on top TiO2 layer.
