摘要: One of the most fascinating problems in field secretion concerns nature regulation release secretory products. How, it may be asked, is a particular cell made to secrete at appropriate time ? What, indeed, are cellular events that initiated on stimulation, and how do these lead extrusion product To questions, which embraced by term “Stimulus-Secretion Coupling” (Douglas, Rubin, 1961a), only partial answers can given. We know, course, secreting cells under chemical control. Where receive secretomotor supply stimulant (secretagogue) neurohumor. such nerves absent, hormone or “releasing factor”. This much clear; we have even fair amount information identity various secretagogues. Very little information, however, available tell us stimuli act level. Moreover, process itself initiate, usually ill-defined. Most evidence possess this point derives from histological studies fixed material which, all too often, allows for variety interpretations.
