摘要: Titanium dioxide (TiO2) films on glassy carbon (GC) electrode surface were prepared by the liquid phase deposition (LPD) process for different times. The morphological structure, interfacial property and electrocatalytic activity of as-prepared LPD TiO2 GC studied field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV) electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). FE-SEM observation showed that time controlled morphology film surface. With increasing time, formed nanoparticles at initial 5-h stage compact thick after 20 h. Due to semiconducting properties TiO2, inhibited transfer [Fe(CN)6]3−/[Fe(CN)6]4− redox reaction peak potential separation CV curve resistance EIS. inhibition was increased with thickness. Nevertheless, onset reduction maleic acid decreased thickness while cathodic anodic currents increased, demonstrating useful films.
