摘要: Tolerance against drought in T1 progeny of transgenic cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) previously transformed with GHSP26 (Heat Shock Protein Gene), GUSP1 (Universal Stress and Phyto-B (Phytochrome-B Gene) was investigated at the vegetative, squaring, boll formation stage. Detection transgenes into plants through PCR showed a Mendelian inheritance pattern (3:1). Real-time quantified expression ofGHSP26 as which tolerated stress for 10-12 days an average 18 fold more vegetative stage increased to 19 squaring stage, while control withstood period only 6 days. The gene reduced 13-fold (13-15 days) lines on basis compared plants. Expression 22 (11-13 decreased 15 when Average relative transgene 0.67 (8 Thereafter, elevated 0.85 under conditions continued increase 3.5 higher (14-15 that Most notably, number bolls per plant, single weight, seed yield our were greater than those non-transgenic stress, is immense worth.
